Poster Submission
Up to 50 poster presentations will be accepted for the session on Friday, 4 May from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.
Poster boards may be displayed in the conference hall beginning at 8:30 AM on Thursday, 3 May and must be removed by 5:00 PM on Friday, 4 May.
Poster boards should be 3' high and 4' wide.
The conference committee will provide easel and foam core backboard. Each board will be labeled with a number corresponding to the assigned poster session (i.e. P1 - poster session 1). Additional information will be provided at the registration desk pertaining to assigned poster locations in the convention hall.
